Minutes of the election of Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy authorities.


On 27 November 2008 at the Headquarters of the National Commission of Solidarity in Gdańsk, at Wały Piastowskie Street, 24 was held an election to the Board of Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy.

  • On election day, Pomorskie Branch of the Association had 20 members, of whom 10 turned up to election meeting and 6 new signed the membership declarations. Among the present people (16) were selected the Presidium of the Meeting,  including the Chairwoman of the meeting - Hanna Dankiewicz, MA, Vice-President – Elżbieta CIEPLIŃSKA MA,  Alina Szydowska MA - Secretary and members of the Returning Committee composed of: President - Ewa Dziubanij-Pniewska MA, Secretary - Anna Orwid-Pluta, member - Małgorzata Koczyk.
  • President of the Meeting pronounced the Meeting to be valid.  After examining the statutes of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy and Electoral Law,  started under the chairmanship of the Chairwoman Hanna Dankiewicz MA to elect the President of the Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy. Reported two candidates: Professor Krystyna Kmiecik-Baran and Małgorzata Czepczyńska-Hintzler MA. Professor Krystyna Kmiecik-Baran did not express her will of a candidate for the position of President. Małgorzata Czepczyńska-Hintzler expressed her willingness to stand for the proposed position. Not reported additional nominations. After counting the votes by the the Returning Committee , the results were forwarded to the Chairwoman, who confirmed that all votes cast were valid.
  • As a result of the voting (unanimously -16 votes) Małgorzata Czepczyńska-Hintzler, the originator of the establishment of Pomorskie Forum, became the President of the Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy.
  • For the position of Vice President reported Ewa Wozniak MA, who expressed her willingness to stand for election. Not reported additional nominations. After counting of the votes, the Returning Committee announced that the candidate was elected by 16 votes.
  • When electing the Treasurer reported 2 candidates: Agnieszka Musiał MA (had agreed to stand as a candidate) and Joanna Kudlicka MA (did not express her will as a candidate for the position ). Agnieszka Musiał candidacy had been approved by 14 votes (2 votes invalid).
  • In the case of the Secretary reported candidacy of Małgorzata Aziukiewicz, which expressed her willingness to stand for the proposed position. Not reported additional nominations. After counting the votes, the Returning Committee announced that the candidate was elected by 16 votes.
  • For the position of Member of the Board reported candidacy of Alina Szydowska MA, who expressed her willingness to stand for the proposed position.  Not reported additional candidates. After counting the votes, the Returning Committee announced that the candidate was elected by 15 votes (1 invalid).
  • After the announcement of official results by the Chairwoman of the Returning Committee,  Czesław Noworol, Ph.D. the President of Management Board congratulates the newly elected Board of Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy. After the closure of the electoral process, Małgorzata Czepczyńska-Hintzler the President of Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy  outlined the basic goals, future plans and the rules of the Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy.
