Minutes of the election of Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy authorities.

  • On 12 January 2009 in the Łużycka School of Higher Education in Humanities in Żary at Ninth May Street 11,was held an election to the Board of Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy.
  • The minutes were taken by Dorota Staniuszko,who put herself forward as a candidate for minutes secretary and was unanimously accepted by participants of the meeting.  All present in the room (26 people) previously made declarations of membership.
  • The meeting was started by Czeslaw Noworol, Ph.D. who encouraged making nominations for President of the Assembly. 
  • One candidate – Roman Kardowski has been notified, who after expressing willingness to chair the Assembly, was elected unanimously. 
  • The members of the Returning Committee were also elected unanimously. Returning Committee comprised of: Stanisław Podlaski- elected as a chairman of the Committee, Anna Graczyk and Lila Tomczyk.
  • Having regard to the Statute of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy and Electoral Law, which defines rules for the election of the President, Treasurer, Secretary, Members of Regional Management Boards, people present at the meeting voted unanimously quantitative composition of the Board Members deciding that Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy would have two members of the Board. Then, proceeded to election of the President and Members of the Board of Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy. As a result of the voting was appointed the Management Board of Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy, composed of:

- Izabela Kumor-Pilarczyk - President

- Henryka Łukowiak - Secretary

- Anna Graczyk - Treasurer

- Katarzyna Twardowska, Agnieszka Berlińska - Members of the Board

  • Members of the Audit Committee: Lila Tomasik, Stanisław Podlaski, Dorota Bogaczyk. The Committee from among its members elected chairman,  who was Stanisław Podlaski.
  • After completion of the electoral process the Chairman of the Assembly asked the President of Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy – Mrs. Izabela Kumor-Pilarczyk to made a speech.  She outlined the basic goals and plans, as well as projects for the coming months, which she wanted to pursue as the President.  She also invited Members of Lubuskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy to submit ideas and projects no later than 15 February 2009.
