Meeting

On 27.06.2008 in Toruń at 30/32 Szosa Chełmińska Street took place the meeting of Kujawsko - Pomorskie Regional Branch of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy, whose aim was to elect the authorities of the regional branch. At the meeting were present the members of the Presidium of the Management Board of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy: Czesław Noworol Ph.D. - President of the Management Board, Włodzimierz Trzeciak - Vice President of the Management Board, Professor Augustyn Bańka Ph.D. - Vice President of the Management Board and Janusz Bokser - Treasurer.

The meeting was attended by 19 people, mostly counsellors. Voting took place under the electoral law.

As a result of the voting was appointed the Board of Kujawsko - Pomorskie Regional Branch of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy

Establishing the Forum

The Resolution of the Management Board of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy concerning appointment of Kujawsko - Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy.

The Management Board of the National Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy at the meeting in Nałęczów on 15- 16 April 2008 has established the Regional Forums for Lifelong Guidance Policy in Poland.

Resolution of the Management Board of the appointment of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Forum for Lifelong Guidance Policy  gives the green light to the expected in the region efforts to build a system of vocational guidance in Poland, the integration of guidance counsellors from various backgrounds including Psychological and Pedagogical Clinics, School Career Centres, District Employment Offices, Offices of Academic Career,  Information and Professional Career Planning Centres, as well as the placement officers.  In addition it enables to achieve important goals such as improving the quality of vocational and placement services, dissemination of good practice, promoting the idea of entrepreneurship, especially among youth, promoting labour market policies and the development of non-public employment services.

The Management Board invites to cooperation the labour market organizations,especially employers, entrepreneurs, politicians, representatives of local government and all people working in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region who wish to contribute to the development of the region and throughout the country, in order to build the prosperity of all citizens.
